Huirricane Ida Near, La. Declares Emergency
The first Atlantic hurricane to target the United States this year is slowly moving toward the Gulf Coast. Ida's winds are clocked at 105 mph. Authorities say Ida could make landfall as early as Tuesday morning, although it's forecast to weaken.
