Holland gets tough on cannabis

Several local authorities have already introduced a zero-tolerance policy on coffee shops and Rotterdam said this year it would not allow them within a certain radius of schools. Current drugs laws in the Netherlands allows people to carry five grammes of marijuana on their person without being prosecuted.
