HEALTH: Obesity: Surgical solution may be offered to obese teenagers

A radical and controversial solution to the problem of obesity could soon be offered to children as young as 15 on the NHS. The body that approves new treatments, NICE, is expected to give the green light to surgical procedures, including stomach stapling, to the most morbidly overweight teenagers.
