Headmaster used private detectives

Parents in England who lie to get their children into good schools should face tougher sanctions, an official report is expected to say.At the moment, the only punishment for trying to cheat the system is to have the disputed school place taken away.Norman Hoare, is the headmaster of an oversubscribed voluntary aided school in Hertfordshire.He told the BBC he used a private investigator to check if a family were telling the truth.
