Harper addresses nation

The Liberals and the New Democrats - with the support of the separatist Bloc Quebecois - have vowed to defeat Harper in a confidence vote just seven weeks after the Conservatives were re-elected. The unlikely allies say Harper is not doing enough to cushion the effects of the global financial crisis. Sarah Irwin reports.
