Gov. Schwarzenegger Vetoes Democrat Budget

Democratic leaders sent Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger an $18 billion deficit-cutting package on Tuesday, a plan he quickly vetoed as anti-tax groups filed a lawsuit to stop it. Mike Dello Stritto reports.
