Bayern Munich have an injury problem with new signing Luca Toni who is suffering from a knee injury, meaning a 10 day break from training for the Italian World Cup winner in the runup to the Bundesliga kickoff on August Toni will miss Saturday's league cup game in Duesseldorf against Werder Bremen but he will be fit to play the first league match against Wacker Burghausen on August 6. Germany players Lukas Podolski and Jan Schlaudraff will both have to rest for several more months, following their operations, the club said. Podolski had suffered a knee injury while Schlaudraff is recuperating from an operation on his spinal disc. Striker Roque Santa Cruz missed Tuesday's photo shooting because he is still on holidays after playing for his native Paraguay in the Copa America. But the mood in the cam appeared relaxed as the squad posed for the traditional photo shoot in Munich on Tuesday (July 17).
