George Clooney tours Italy quake damage

(NECN: L'Aquila, Italy) - Hollywood actor and film producer George Clooney today took a tour of the earthquake devastated area around L'Aquila, Italy, and the surrounding Abruzzo region. Meanwhile, world leaders are in Italy trying to reach agreements on stalled trade talks and head off protectionist policies. A draft of the joint Group of Eight declaration sets a goal of wrapping up negotiations next year. Trade ministers are meeting this week in the quake-ravaged city of L'Aquila. Another gathering is planned September in Pittsburgh.
