Furse Says LSE's Borsa Italiana Bid 'Attractive' for Investors

Clara Furse, chief executive officer of London Stock Exchange Group Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Sharon Singleton in Milan about plans to acquire Borsa Italiana SpA, the reaction of credit ratings agencies and a possible rival bid for the Italian exchange's electronic fixed-income trading platform MTS SpA. Furse today said shareholder Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. probably won't be able to block its 1.63 billion-euro ($2.2 billion) bid for Borsa Italiana. (Source: Bloomberg)
