Funeral held for Capt. Kyle Van De Giesen of N. Attleboro, Mass.

(NECN: N. Attleboro, Mass.) - A Marine helicopter pilot from North Attleboro, Massachusetts, is being laid to rest today. A funeral service for Captain Kyle Van De Giesen was held this morning at St. Mary's Church in North Attleboro. A procession through town and burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne will follow. A candlelight vigil for Van De Giesen was held last night at the football field where the former quarterback led the local high school football team to many victories. read more
