From the Stands View of Locker "Excessive Celebration" TD vs BYU

Washington students film their QB Jake Locker scoring a TD to make the score vs BYU 27-28. At first the fans celebrated wildly but then the refs ruined their fun by deciding the game with a controversial excessive celebration call on Locker. The extra point kick was moved back 15 yards as a penalty and subsequently blocked for the win by BYU.
