Fresh support for US health reform

The American Medical Association and an influential lobby group have thrown their weight behind President Barack Obama's healthcare reform plans.But while the president said the support meant reform was closer than ever, opponents took solace from the defection of a Democrat to their ranks.Katty Kay reports from Washington.
