Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger launched his first store in Paris on Wednesday night (October 18). Among those present at the opening cocktail party were actresses Lindsay Lohan and Kate Bosworth, and French football player Thierry Henry. "It's a dream come true, I've been looking for a location in Paris for a long time. To be in the fashion capital of the world is so meaningful, because now I am in the heart of it, and I have stores all over the world, 700 stores in the world. And this to me is the most important store, to be in the fashion capital," said Hilfiger. "A lot of people wear my clothes, Leonardo Dicaprio, David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. All are Hollywood celebrities and music stars," he added. French football player Thierry Henry, who also plays for the English football club Arsenal, was present at the opening party. "Yes, because it's in France.
