Fourth storm lashes Philippines
The fourth storm to hit the Philippines in a month has lashed the eastern coastal province of Quezon, bringing heavy rain and winds to the region.A bridge was washed away and power lines brought down, but there have been no reports of fatalities so far.The storm weakened as it moved towards the capital Manila, where some districts are still underwater from earlier typhoons.Alix Kroeger reports.
