Former Springfield shelter chief in trouble again

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - The former head of a Springfield homeless shelter, who served time for stealing thousands from it, has been arrested again. Police said Frank Keough was arrested Friday while loading furniture into a pickup outside his former beach house in Charlestown, R.I. Police accused Keough of larceny and breaking and entering, but Keough's lawyer, Daniel Kelly, told The Republican of Springfield that Keough was simply retrieving his own furnture.
