Former Iranian President receives honorary degree from Scottish university

The former Iranian President Mohammad Khatami has come to Britain to receive an honorary degree from the University of St Andrews and inaugurate the university's Iranian institute. The visit has provoked fury from human rights groups and some Iranian exiles.
