Former Honduras ministers now in hiding - 3 Jul 09 Jose Miguel Insulza, the head of the Organisation of American States, is leading an international effort to reinstate ousted President Manuel Zelaya. Since the coup, many of Zelaya's former cabinet members have fled the country.
