Flipped Big-Rig Blocks Bay Bridge Upper Deck

California Highway Patrol spokesman Shawn Chase indicated that the crash, involving a Safeway truck, occurred just after 2:30 p.m. at the new S-curve section of the bridge. Don Knapp reports.
