Fire truck crashes into Boston building

(NECN: Scot Yount, Boston, Mass.) - A ladder truck crashed into a brick building at 835 Huntington Avenue this afternoon -- near the Mission Park MBTA station. The fire truck hit two other parked cars. Four firefighters are injured and have been transferred to area hospitals. The Boston Globe, citing unnamed sources, says one firefighter has been killed and another suffers life-threatening injuries. The truck apparently went through an intersection and slammed into the Roxbury Tenants of Harvard apartment complex. read more
