Ferrell's full speed ahead

Will Ferrell's latest film Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby will be racing into cinemas this weekend. The comedy centres on the world of NASCAR - the American equivalent of Formula One. Will plays Ricky Bobby, the number one driver on the circuit whose motto is 'If you ain't first, you're last'. The Anchorman star plays opposite Ali G creator Sacha Baron Cohen. Its the latest in a line of quirky, obscure comedies that feature the Ferrell, and have proven to be uncostly hits in the US. The comedian said: 'If you can control the costs and deliver something for a certain price, they'll pretty much leave you alone, which is great. 'That's what we're kinda trying to do - is continue to push the envelope.'
