Federal Judge Rejects SF Oil Spill Plea
A federal judge will not let a Hong Kong shipping company plead guilty to two misdemeanors in connection with the Cosco Busan oil spill without accepting other charges. The 2007 spill happened when the Cosco Busan cargo ship struck the Bay Bridge.
