Expert: TLC's 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' is a 'Freak Show'

Child Development and Behavior Specialist Betsy Brown Braun watches an episode of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" with ET's Thea Andrews and explains why she thinks the show is not helping anyone in the reality TV family. When asked why she thinks the TLC show has become so popular, Betsy -- the best-selling author of Just Tell Me What to Say -- responds: "It strikes me as a legalized freak show. That's what I think it is." Betsy -- who only knows Jon and Kate Gosselin by watching their show -- says most of the problems she sees stem from the couple's "very disfunctional, sad marriage."
