Exclusive: High-Ranking LI Cop Alleges Racism

A high-ranking Long Island police officer who has been on the force for three decades says he's been benched because he's black. The officer and his attorney are preparing to file a federal lawsuit. CBS 2's Jennifer McLogan reports.
