Ex-IRA men 'helping dissidents'

Some former Provisional IRA members are helping dissident efforts to wreck the peace process, according to the Independent Monitoring Commission.It assesses paramilitary activity and says the threat-level is at its highest for almost six years.Mark Simpson reports.
