Me and Nick had about 3 more classes together. I really didn't feel like talking to him. We had Math. I was sitting next to Leslie and Sarah was sitting far from us in the room with Nick, but I could still here her anoying giggle. I tried as much as I could to stay focused. I looked over at them durring an asignment to do with two partners. Sarahs hand kept tuching Nicks, she kept slightly putting hers on top of his. Nicks other friends kept giving high fives, becuase to them it seamed like Nick, was getting one of the most popular girls in school. I looked back to what I was doing, Leslie and I luckly finished the assignment. The class was soon over. As I walked out I grabbed Leslie fast and pulled her aside "What going on!" She asked me. "Shh.." I began "Listen, Leslie...you have to promise me for the rest of the day you'll be my partner for everyone project" She looked at me, like I belonged in a straight jacket. "Yeah..no problem". "Good" I released her arm. And we started walking to Spanish. Leslie wanted to go into the girls room first. I went in quickly to check my hair then waited for her outside. While I waited for her, I felt something weird. Like someone was watching me. I looked up towards the hall. It was pretty empty, only about 3 kids. I went back to looking down at my shoes. I couldn't shake the feeling. I finally turned my head behind me. His eyes were looking at mine. Nick was about 13 feet away from me. He was with his friends, in a group in the middle of the hall. He was the one who was looking at me. I just stood there and looked at him. Luckly, after about 3 seconds, Leslie came out I turned my head toawrds her."Ready to go?" She said. I looked back at Nick real fast then to Leslie "Yeah, lets go" We started walking down the hall to Spanish. I really wanted to know what Nick was getting, and what I didn't get. Its so complicated. And let me tell ya, spanish ant so easy eaither. "Whats for breakfest" Mrs. Lopez anouced, then picked on Oliver. "¿Cuál está para la ma's breakfest?" Anouced Oliver. I had to admit I was impressed. Oliver was on my team. The class was divided into two groups. It was a competetition. Mr.Lopez would say something in english and when she pointed to you, you would have to recite it in spanish. Nick, Sarah and the whole other half of the class was on the left side of the room. Me, Leslie, Ovlier and others were on the right of the class. She went to the other team. "Can you pass the patatos?" She then pointed to Sarah. Sarah looked shocked. She was caught off gaurd. "Uh-Um..Deseo que era usher?". The class laughed quietly. Mrs.Lopez crossed her arms "Sarah, you just said "I Wish I was Usher". She then went to the other side, our team. "I would like to borrow five dollars" She pointed to me. I had to make sure I got this. To show Sarah that I paid attenchen! "Quisiera pedir prestados cinco dólares" Mr.Lopez smiled at me. "Very, very good Savannah!" I smiled "Thank you". I lightly high-fived Leslie. Mrs.Lopez went over to the other group. "I went to the store to get Milk" She pointed to Nick. This I had to see. Nick noticed me watching him closely and decided to show off. He smiled towards Mrs.Lopez "Fui al almacén a conseguir la leche " My eyes got wide. He actually did it. "Great job!" She was odiously happy. Then she went to the front of the class. She looked at me "Savannah could you come up here please?" I slowly got out of my seat and walked over to her. "Nick, please come" Nick got up and made his was over to Mrs.Lopez. "You two have responded the most to the questions , and have your spanish perfectly. Everyone fallow thease two as examples. I-" The bell rang. YES! I quickly ran from Mr.Lopez and grabbed my bag. Everyone else was leaving.The whole rest of the day had gone on, but the next day at lunch, was a whole nother story! The next chapter should be good!
