EU threatens legal action over gas

Russian began pumping gas intended for Europe through Ukraine on Tuesday, but the EU said little or no gas was flowing to countries which have been deprived of Russian fuel for a week during winter. As Russia and Ukraine continue to spar about the gas supplies, two leaders of European Union countries flew to Moscow and Kiev to plead for gas. Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
