EU approves Northern Rock split

The EU has approved plans to split up Northern Rock and sell off its profitable side. Lloyds and RBS could also be forced to sell some of their branches.Companies like Tesco are thought to be interested buyers. Chief Economics Correspondent Hugh Pym reports.
