Engineer "cautiously optimistic" about levees

A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers official told WDSU-TV that he's cautiously optimistic about the stability of the Industrial Canal in New Orleans, where floodwaters from Hurrican Gustav have reached the top of the banks on Sept. 1.
