Emmerdale actor charged with raping a 16-year-old girl in Barbados is granted bail

Ben Freeman, the Emmerdale actor charged with raping a 16-year-old girl in Barbados, has been granted bail. He is now free to return to Britain. Mr Freeman plays Scott Windsor in the ITV soap. He was told he was allowed to leave the island, on the condition he returns for a court hearing in March 2007.
