Elderly woman evicted following land dispute with her neighbours

A dispute over three inches of land has cost a 76-year-old woman her home. Milica Markos won the court battle with her neighbour over the land between their houses at Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, but she was also ordered to pay the neighbour's costs of 12,000 pounds. She refused and so they threatened legal action and, without warning, the bailiffs turned up.
