Elaborate Tunnel Found Near Calif/Mexico Border

Investigators say the tunnel was still being made most likely for smuggling drugs and people. Whoever was building it would go in through a manhole, then crawl through 700 feet of sewer train to get to the reinforced and lighted tunnel.
