FanIQ - Now, given the situations of Plaxico Burress (which admittedly happened after this video was done), and countless other athletes who have done stupid things with guns, I would say this is slightly unwise of Volquez. Not that he's doing anything illegal. It's beyond likely this video was shot - if you will - in the Dominican Republic, and even if it wasn't, provided Volquez owns the gun, there's nothing illegal about letting your crazy rapper friend hold it while threatening people in a video - um, at least I think there isn't.
