(NECN: Peter Howe, Boston) Good news, sort of, and bad news at the New England Economic Partnership semiannual forecasting summit Tuesday: New England has already lost 7 of every 8 jobs that it will lose during this recession, economists now predict. But it will be years before the lost jobs return.
