Drought woes spread in Bolivia 10 Dec 08

The Bolivian government has declared a state of emergency in 17 southern territories hit by long-term drought that has affected thousands of families, their produce and their livestock. Now the devastating drought is spreading to the northern parts of the country. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports.
