And why the USA wishes to surround Russia with the countries-neighbours with pro-Americans governments (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia)? PS. At this time (25 August) on board of the American ship "Makfol" which stand now in the Georgian port of Batumi, are about 50 cruise missiles of type "Tomahawk". On arms of other ships of NATO which are in Black Sea now, stand 64 rockets of type "Harpoon" and about eight helicopters of a various class. As a matter of fact NATO forms shock rocket group of the surface ships on Black sea. Because of it (not only) Russia is ready to stop cooperation with the NATO in the near future. PPS. The Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty (ABM Treaty or ABMT) between USSR and US was signed in 1972, it was in force for the next thirty years until the US unilaterally withdrew from it in 2002. USA has established rockets in Poland and a radar in Czech Republic. Planned anti-ballistic missiles will be capable to conduct supervision over the European territory of Russia to the Ural Mountains. Also USA have ABM in Alaska and even Greenland. For threat from Iran???
