Docs, Uninsured Patients Long for Health Plan

As lawmakers in Washington work on a health care bill, uninsured New Yorkers are turning to free clinics for treatment. One family doctor says while he can handle most cases he's concerned that he can't afford to treat more serious conditions. (July 15)
