Distant Soundz -- The Sun Rising From their studio in the picturess seaside town of Leigh on Sea in Essex, the Distant Soundz brothers Mark & Miley have a succession of club hits to their name spanning some 14 years. Their latest release superbly covers the 1989 Balearic classic 'The Sun Rising' by 'The Beloved'. Lead vocals are performed are courtesy of Big Life Music writer Robert de Freshness who has been credited with writing top lines for various club hits including club classics such as 'Narcotic Thrust's - I Like It'. The Distant Soundz boys have painstaking recreated the instrumentation from the 1989 original including tracking down talent young classical soloist Adam to perfectly recreate that illusive "O Euchari" sample. Now given the thumbs up by 'The Beloved' themselves for release, this awesome package of mixes brings the all time club classic bang up to date for 2008. With remixes by Leisure Groove, Disco Punks & L. Neilson, 'The Sun Rising' 18 years on from its debut release is set to seriously damage dance floors once again this summer!
