Deadly blast targets troops in Tripoli - 29 Sept 2008

At least four people have been killed and 28 others wounded in an explosion targeting soldiers in northern Lebanon. Al Jazeera's Richard Bestic reports from Tripoli where the second of such attacks have occurred since mid August.
