Hollywood actor Robert De Niro has taken time off from making blockbusters to open a new restaurant in Australia.Famous celebrity haunt Nobu already has 17 eateries around the globe in cities like New York, London, Hong Kong and Milan and the Aussie branch is the latest to join the list.De Niro, who co-owns the restaurant chain, welcomed guests to the launch and participated in a traditional sake ceremony to celebrate the opening.Australian soap opera actress, Stephanie McIntosh who plays Sky on Neighbours, attended the red carpet affair in Melbourne.Japanese fusion food is the theme at Nobu and chief owner Nobu Matsuhisa insists that his food will taste the same no matter where you eat it in the world.He said: "From New York to London, it is the same recipes, that is Nobu's style.
