Dashboard Video (Warning: Contains Violent And Disturbing Images, Sounds): Franconia Shootings The video was taken from a dashboard camera in Cpl. Bruce McKay's police cruiser on May 11. McKay had pulled over Liko Kenney, 24, on Route 116 in Franconia. Investigators said that Kenney tried to flee from the scene, leading to a brief pursuit. Much of the video consists of the pursuit before its quick, violent end. McKay, 48, is shown getting out of his cruiser after blocking Kenney in, pepper-spraying Kenney and then walking away before Kenney points a gun out his car's window and pulls the trigger six or seven times. Investigators said that McKay was actually hit four times, and Kenney then ran over McKay with his car. A passerby, Gregory Floyd, witnessed the incident and ran to McKay's aid. Investigators said Floyd grabbed McKay's gun and ordered Kenney to drop his weapon. Floyd fatally shot Kenney once when Kenney appeared to be loading his gun, according to investigators.
