Dart Gives Senate Committee Foreclosure Testimony

Sheriff Tom Dart has managed to stem what would be a flood of foreclosure evictions in Cook County by making sure renters whose landlords were at fault were not unfairly punished. He spoke Wednesday before Congress, CBS 2's Jay Levine reports.
