The calorie counts used as the foundation for healthy-eating guidance may be too low, a report suggests.The recommended daily intake of calories could be increased by up to 16%, a draft report by the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition said.So how much extra food does that mean you can safely eat?BBC reporter Greg Wood went to a food market at a shopping centre to find out.
