Czech artwork ruffles Brussels

The new art work, presented by the Czech Republic at the beginning of their six-month EU presidency, aims to provoke, tease and possibly annoy. Called Entropa, it's the brainchild of 41-year-old Czech artist David Cerny, well known in Prague as the author of various controversial works.
