Produced through the facilities of Malden Access TV, this short video describes the programs of the Cyber Cafe @ Malden Square, in Malden MA. It features interviews with William Martin, CTC VISTA, and Claire Murray. The mission of the Community Technology Access Coalition (CTAC) and the Cyber Café @ Malden Square is to help lessen the local Digital Divide and the social exclusion that can result by: (1) providing lower income, minority, disabled, and elderly community residents with access to computers and information technology, (2) having the Café serve as an entry point for people to gain IT proficiency, and (3) promoting social interaction and increased community connectedness and involvement. (NOTE: I didn't help make this video at all, but wanted to help get it up on the web!)
