Curated Networks

There is a lot of talk about how media institutions let the public supply with some of the news. OhMyNews is used as one class example of user-submitted news, and we now have examples of similar forms of filtered user submissions from all over the world. This video is based on a video shot by Andy Carvin. I simply edited the video slightly and added a text layer. The original post is here . I do not have any answers - I just wonder how curated news actually bring forward discussions and let voices that are normally never heard - be heard in our media-saturated society.
