CUBA: Guantanamo Bay: Lord Falconer to launch fresh attack

Guantanamo Bay is the prison camp set up to detain America's most wanted terror suspects. In an outspoken critique, Britain's Lord Chancellor Lord Falconer will brand it 'a shocking affront to the principles of democracy'. As the world clamours for Guantanamo to be closed down, President Bush is trying to get Congress to approve a new trial process, for captives who now include those accused of masterminding the September 11th attacks. Channel 4 News has learned that Pentagon lawyers officially appointed to defend detainees say the new system breaks their ethical code - one of them telling Channel 4 News he is willing to sue the Government to get it changed.
