Cuba facing 'energy crisis'
The Cuban government has ordered state enterprises to take what it calls extreme measures to avoid crippling electricity blackouts.Cuba is seeking to prevent a repeat of the catastrophic energy shortages of the early 1990s, when the loss of cheap Soviet supplies caused its economy to collapse.Michael Voss reports from Havana.
