CRIME: Jessie James murder: Mother's press conference

The mother of murdered teenager, Jessie James, has claimed he may have survived if police had reacted quicker to a phone call to report his shooting. Detectives have confirmed they're investigating whether a call to an off-duty officer may've been related to the murder. The 15-year-old was shot in a park in the Moss Side area of Manchester.
