Mohammed Kendeh is a convicted sex offender born in Sierra Leone. His list of crimes includes the sexual assault of eleven women over the last five years but despite this he's been told he can stay in the UK because it's been his home since he was six. That's the decision of an immigration tribunal that ruled it would be in breach of his human rights to deport him. The government has been quick to point out that given the chance, Kendeh would already be on a plane back to his native Africa but European legislation means they can be overruled. One of his victims - Gabrielle Browne - has chosen to waive her anonymity and speak out against the system that could allow the man who attacked her, to continue to prowl the streets of London.
