CRIME: Billy Dunlop 'double jeopardy' trial

A man has made legal history when he was jailed for life for killing his former girlfriend. Billy Dunlop, was retried for Julie Hogg's murder - the first person to be tried under new double jeopardy rules. The reforms mean anyone can now be tried for the same crime even if they've been previously acquitted.
